Tender Are Invited For Selection of a service provider for SIGAF maintenance
This Call for Tenders Notice follows the General Notice of Procurement published in the general information daily “Yoor-Yoor” No. 00564 of January 14, 2025 and published on the official public procurement portal www.marchespublics.sn .
The Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARTP) has obtained, as part of its 2025 budget, funds to finance the maintenance of the management subsystem of the Computerized Automated Frequency Management System (SIGAF), and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract for the selection of a service provider for the maintenance of the Computerized Automated Frequency Management System (SIGAF), S_ARTP_006.
The Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARTP) is seeking sealed bids from eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications to perform the following services:
updating to the latest version of the modules (SpectraEMC, SpectraPlus, SpectraPLAN and MonitorPLUS, SpectraDB, etc.) of the existing SIGAF management subsystem;
the provision of an ORACLE license compatible with new versions of the applications, if applicable;
updating and maintenance of the spectra web module.
The award of the Contract will be conducted by Call for Tenders as defined in the Public Procurement Code , and open to all eligible candidates.
