The services provided for under this service are: • Take stock of the technical and financial achievements by component in relationship with forecasts; • Evaluate project performance through the evaluation of products and effects induced interventions related to the results framework; • Evaluate the execution performance of cross-cutting areas (fiduciary management, monitoring-evaluation, environment, procurement, gender); • Evaluate the performance of implementing partner structures (NGOs, state structures) and capacity building needs; • Identify inconsistencies relating to the formulation of the project and propose the new formulations; • Identify the difficulties likely to hinder the achievement of the results assigned to the project and make recommendations to remedy it; • Learn lessons on the design, execution and management of the project; • Evaluate the sustainability of the activities carried out and to be carried out; • Define possible directions for the remaining duration; • Analyze the project%s logical framework and possibly reformulate it.
