Request for Expression of Interest: Feasibility study for the construction and rehabilitation of medium and low voltage electrical networks - eagb.
The works or services to be carried out within the framework of SESAP, under financing from the World Bank are as follows:
LOT I - CONSTRUCTION OF A 30KV DOUBLE TERM LINE BETWEEN NDAM (OMVG) AND THE ANTULA SUBSTATION (Priority activity) (Lot 1)
Construction of a 30 kV double term line between Ndam (OMVG) and Antula, including studies, procurement. (LOT 1). PRIORITY. The capacity of this line must be the same as what is already in service and take into account the constraints related to the installation of a second line on the ground, in particular that there were significant limitations to install a new aerial network. The current line already includes two sections, starting and arriving via underground cable.
LOT II: REDEVELOPMENT OF TRANSFORMER STATIONS
Medium voltage networks, including new transformer stations. This lot includes the design studies of substations as well as medium voltage networks concerning.
LOT Nº II: REDEVELOPMENT (REABILITATION) OF TRANSFORMER STATIONS
Existing transformer stations are degraded in multiple aspects, whether due to aging, constraints due to overloads, extreme environmental operating conditions (temperature, dust, etc.), technological obsolescence, wear, absence or poor maintenance, etc. In addition, the design of the solution is such that there are no protections, with the exception of transformer protection, that is, there is no selectivity in the protections, so any failure is only cleared at the substation level, putting an entire network out of service. The proposed technical solution involves the installation of circuit breaker cells in the protection and input sectioning function, to be detailed during this design phase.
LOT Nº III : MEDIUM VOLTAGE GROUND LINE
The purpose of this study is to develop all the implementation plans for these networks, dimension the cables, protections, cable trays, signaling, etc. The preliminary list of planned links is described in the table above.
LOT Nº V- REDEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC LIGHTING
The entire lighting network is no longer wired but it coexists with solar lighting systems, most of them out of service, very degraded, without damaged batteries or chargers.
