General procurement notice for (b) Component 2: Strengthening the management and control of public expenditure. This component aims to strengthen transparency and accountability for greater effectiveness and efficiency in the management of public expenditure, and will materialize through two sub-components, namely: Subcomponent 2.1: Strengthening the financial management information system.

This project aims to improve revenue collection and strengthen revenue management capacities. public spending, through the modernization of the customs administration, the improvement management and supervision of public expenditure. This will be done through: (a) the modernization of customs administration and sustainable management of public debt in the aim of increasing commercial revenue collection, improving efficiency and the effectiveness of controlling legitimate business operations and preventing growth public debt at unsustainable levels; and (b) Strengthen management and control public spending through the design and modernization of management systems financial and strengthening transparency and accountability in the use of public resources.
