The Republic of Senegal has obtained financing in the amount of twenty million (20,000,000) Dollars in the form of leasing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the construction of a waqf commercial and residential complex in Dakar and intends to use part of this financing to make payments for the acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under this project
