General Procurement Notice For Integrated Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (IAVCDP)
The IAVCDP aims to: (i) increase the income of smallholders and agricultural service providers; (ii) facilitate the development of rural businesses and institutions involved in the corn and rice sectors; and (iii) develop the organizational structures of producers that represent their needs and interests; improve institutional capacity and the quality of agricultural services provided by public and private institutions and producer organizations. By improving their capacities, farmer organizations will have the capacity to improve market access and provide, manage and finance services to their members with a focus on increasing quality seeds, equipment, post-harvest facilities and market access with particular attention to the specific needs of target groups (including small producers, women producers and young producers).
The project will include the following components:
Component-A: Improvement of agricultural productivity;
Component-B: Value added and market access;
Component-C: Capacity building and institutional development;
Component-D: Project management and coordination;
Component-E: Financial Audit;
Component-F: Emergency intervention.
Procurements financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (April 2019 edition ) and are open to all eligible bidders, as defined in these Guidelines. Procurement of consulting services will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank ( April 2019 edition ).
Goods Markets :
Procurement of procurement and installation of mini solar water pumping station; Acquisition of motor pump and spare parts; Acquisition of seed processing chain equipment; Acquisition of pre-basic and basic seeds for rice and corn with INRAB; Acquisition of certified seeds; Acquisition of agricultural inputs during the project%s completion time (framework agreement possible); Acquisition of pre and post-harvest equipment Acquisition of store equipment; Acquisition of a marketing equipment kit; Acquisition of parboiled rice processing equipment; Vehicles and motorcycles; Office Stationery, furniture + generator computer equipment, software will be carried out by the NCB (National Call for Tender) and direct agreement (SSS) acquisition methods .
Works contracts :
The award of works contracts (land development: development of 100 ha of lowlands, land development with tube wells by total water control, downstream land development with Californian irrigation system; rehabilitation of infrastructure including (water retention and service roads); Construction of storage warehouses, Construction of seed and seedling analysis laboratories; Cons |
