Minimum requirements:
a) The UNHCR Vendor Registration Form is duly and fully completed and signed.
b) Vendor Company Profile
c) The goods and/or services your company offers are of interest to UNHCR Programmes.
d) Your company has an import experience.
e) Your company has a minimum of three (3) years% experience in the present field of business.
f) Declaration on the primary/core business and previous experience (years and customer references);
g) Previous experience with the UN (if any)
h) Major clients and relevant supply experience.
i) Copy of ISO certificates (Quality certificate)
j) Detailed information on vendor capacity to deliver on the goods or services required.
k) Copy of audited financial statements for the last 3 years
1) Vendor Acceptance of the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract Goods & Services
m) Vendor Acceptance of the UNHCR Payment Terms
n) An attested and valid registered certificate duly authenticated by the Chamber of
Industry& commerce, o) The required documents are attached (company registration certificate, financial
statements, detailed list of goods/services, quality assurance certificates, and any other
important documents related to your company), p) Vendor to confirm whether he can accept to supply goods through Vouchers to be
submitted directly by Refugees. The Vouchers are then submitted to UNHCR for
payment processing, q) Local Tax Registration ID
