Contract notice: Openhouse procedure - various active ingredients from October 1st, 2023
Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130 a para. 8 sgb v with the possibility of conclusion at any time as part of the so-called open-house procedure for various active pharmaceutical ingredients with the earliest possible start of the contract on October 1st, 2023. to be taken from .. as of 10/01/2023 contracts for the following active substances are offered:The aok rheinland/hamburg gives the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130 a para. 8 sgb v with the possibility of conclusion at any time as part of the so-called open-house procedure for various active pharmaceutical ingredients with the earliest possible start of the contract on October 1st, 2023 Award documents can be found.. Under the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies are given the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a para. 8 sgb v..interested pharmaceutical companies can obtain the participation documents in the project room of the tendering portal dtvp under the heading tender documents..a prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed the requested participation documents in full and signed the following e -mail post box sends:.open-house@rh.aok.de.. any exchange of papers and documents for the implementation of the open house procedure between the companies and the pharmaceuticals division of the aok rheinland/ hamburg..a contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the requirements for participation. there is no exclusivity. joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not being conducted. The earliest start of the contract is October 1st, 2023. it is possible to conclude or join a discount agreement at any time, i.e. even after 10/01/2023. the contract period ends uniformly on 09/30/2025, regardless of the individual start of the contract. the list of the contractual active ingredients is changed at irregular intervals. in this case, all companies verified in the project room in the dtvp procurement portal will receive an e-mail with information about which active ingredients have been added and when the respective, earliest possible start of the contract is -wide, open procedure, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual regulations. the present publication is not about the award of a public contract within the meaning of the procurement coordination directive (2014/24/EG) or the procurement law. in order to ensure the highest degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, the publication takes place i |
