The procurement is for the deliveries within printed school books and digital teaching aids with associated products.The contracting authority would like to enter into a cooperation with a tenderer that can deliver both printed and digital teaching aids. this is because the market for digital teaching aids is seen as somewhat immature, and that both forms of teaching aids are in use in the municipalities.The framework agreement is expected to have an annual value of approx. nok 5,000,000 for the municipalities in the gjøvik region in the first year. the sum is expected to increase as and when there are more procurements of digital teaching aids and municipalities join the framework agreement.The framework agreement will mainly be for the delivery of printed school books and digital teaching aids, etc., for municipal school institutions.There are currently 36 schools divided between the 5 municipalities.The learning situation is undergoing continual change and development. there has been and is a large focus on digitalisation. primary and secondary schools have a high coverage of pupil pcs/tablets and there is extensive use of app in teaching. the same applies to nurseries. this development will lead to changes in the need for products and services in this contract. tenderers must therefore understand that the framework agreement is dynamic and can change in line with this development in the contract period.The contracting authority reserves the right to be able to freely procure digital teaching aids/products that do not have a direct connection to paper based teaching aids, outside the contract. this will be in cases where, for example, the contract supplier cannot deliver the product in question, or the contracting authority achieves significantly better terms directly with the supplier of the digital teaching aid/product in question.Existing contracts and other conditions:- gjøvik municipality currently has a contract for digital teaching aids/products for the school year 2022-2023. gjøvik will join the framework agreement after this contract expires.- østre toten currently has licence contracts for a number of digital resources, the contracts were negotiated directly with the suppliers themselves and have different binding periods and durations. østre toten will join the framework agreement when the different contracts expire, as long as we want to keep the different resources.- vestre toten currently has a contract for digital teaching aids. this contract is valid from 1 september 2022 for 3 years.- nordre land municipality is a participant within the product group digital teaching aids, with an option for printed teaching aids and other book groups.
