The Government of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank and the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Shire Valley Transformation Program - 1 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Main Canal 1 and Main Canal 2 of the Shire Valley Irrigation Scheme. |
