Proposals are invited from suitably qualified local and international transportation planning / civil engineering consultants to under prepare the matsapha comprehensive mobility plan (cmp) within the matsapha urban area. the consulting services required shall prepare a detailed report with recommendations for matsapha comprehensive mobility plan (cmp). the said services shall consist of, but not limited to: collection of data and analyse urban transport environment, prepare and evaluate urban transport development strategy, develop urban mobility plans, prepare implementation programme, stakeholder consultations and miscellaneous items. |
