Demonstrate capability and technical experience in the development, permitting, project financing, design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, insurance, operation and maintenance of a meters manufacturing /assembling plant. Demonstrate past experience in the supply and delivery of Maximum Demand and Split Smart Meters (please include references from at least three (3) past clients). Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) should be one of the references if you have supplied the same to BPC. |
