Providing quality assurance services over the project inputs, activities and deliverables of the IFMIS Roll out/ Upgrade implementation and supervision services of Free Balance. This includes but not limited to: Validation of design documents, implementation schedule, data migration, custom development, end user training programs and roll out strategies. |
