Technical assistance will support the delegation and all stakeholders involved, in the implementation of the program. this assistance will support the general coordination of the program, by providing strategic guidance to ensure effective coordination, coherence, and efficiency of activities. furthermore the technical assistance is required to support the achievement of the action objectives (agribusiness development) and meet the operational expectations in terms of management, coordination and targets. this support requires competence in effectively applying various financial instruments, including grant schemes, mixed finance, and efsd+, in addition to offering specific expertise as necessary. the consulting services will contribute to all the program specific objectives by ensuring articulation, complementarity, and visibility. they will assist in operational monitoring by monitoring the progress of the project, identifying the challenges and continuing the performance in terms of management,
