The ECOWAS Commission, through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF), has obtained a grant from the Adaptation Fund through the West African Development Bank (BOAD) to finance the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) in West Africa. The ECOWAS Commission intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the contract "Supply and delivery of eighty-five (85) automatic weather stations in five (05) beneficiaries Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Niger, and Togo."
