TENDER NUMBER BMC 019/06/25/PROPERTY LEASE
The tender document is purchased at a non-refundable fee of P3, 000.00 made in favor of BMC. The youth owned companies will purchase the tender document at a non-refundable fee of P1.500.00 with supporting documentation in the form of a Certified copy of Omang for all shareholders.
Potential Bidders are expected to attend a compulsory self-sponsored site visit to take note of the physical location and status of the targeted investment plot 50634 on Monday 16th June 2025 at Gaborone Airport Junction Mall Plot 50634 next to Old Caltex Filling Station at lO.OOhrs, late arrivals will not be permitted to join the meeting.
Each company shall be allowed only two (2) attendants during the site visit and failure to attend the compulsory site visit will render the bidder ineligible to tender therefore leading to disqualification.
