Tender Are Invited For Acquisition of a radio frequency monitoring station for the Matam Regional Frequency Monitoring Center (CRCF)
The Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (ARTP) has obtained funds as part of its 2025 budget to finance the acquisition of a radio frequency monitoring system for the Northern Regional Centre in Matam and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract, “ Acquisition of a radio frequency monitoring station for the Regional Frequency Monitoring Centre (CRCF) Matam” No. F_ARTP_012 .
ARTP is seeking sealed bids from eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications to supply a radio frequency monitoring system consisting of a fixed station and a portable receiver for the Northern Regional Centre in Matam.
Interested candidates may obtain a complete Call for Tenders document by submitting a written request to the address mentioned below the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority, Ouakam, Route des Almadies, Immeuble ARTP , against a non-refundable payment of twenty-five thousand (25, 000) CFA francs . The payment method will be by certified check payable to ARTP or in cash . The Call for Tenders document will be sent by collection from ARTP or downloadable from the websites www.artp.sn or www.marchespublics.sn .
Tenders must include a bid guarantee in the amount of ten million (10, 000, 000) CFA francs .
