Tenders are invited for Technical assistance for the cooperation facility in Mauritania
The service market covered by this prior information notice aims to select technical assistance to support the European Union delegation in strengthening the partnership between the EU and Mauritania. This support will be provided through the provision of multi-sectoral expertise in the short and medium term, to conduct studies, analyses, contribute to the various stages of the project cycle for the IVCDCI instrument - Europe in the world or other financing and programs contributing to the implementation of the strategy for accelerated growth and shared prosperity, the Team Europe initiatives and the Global Gateway strategy under a 360° approach. Furthermore, this support will be characterized by the organization of conferences (organized by the EU or other institutions), seminars and training on priority themes of the EU development policy and the EU-Africa partnership (economic reforms, democracy, governance, gender equality, environment, energy, digitalization, trade, migration, employment, technical and vocational training, etc.) or the organization of events for the promotion of political and sectoral dialogue in the areas of cooperation between the EU and Mauritania. Funding will be available for the organization of the activities mentioned above and technical assistance will have to support the EU delegation in the use of these funds.
