A compulsory site visit/pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Department will take place at Molepolole Sport Commission on the 13th December 2024 starting at 10:00hrs
A non-refundable deposit of P 250.00 or P125.00 for youth owned companies' payable by EFT made out in favour of the Botswana National Sport Commission is required and bidders shall submit proof of payment for tender document on their proposals. |
