Tender Are Invited For Supply And Delivery Of Horse Feeds To Special Support Group For A Period Of Twenty-four (24) Months
Documents may be collected on 14th October, 2024 during working hours between 0800 hours and 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1600 hours from the Special Support Group, Procurement Office.
A non-refundable fee of BWP250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) or BWP 125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only) for youth companies payable in cash is required on collection of the Tender Documents. Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed, in writing, not later than seven (7) days before the tender closing date to Superintendent M. D. A non-compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Special Support Group Camp on 13th November, 2024 at 0900 hours.
