General Procurement Notice : Technical assistance to support capacity building in the field of Islamic banking and Islamic finance basics
The project includes the following components:
Conduct an extensive study on the state of Islamic finance and Islamic banks in Libya and a road map for developing financial institutions . These consulting services are supplied according to the method of selecting independent consultants based on a short list that includes independent consultants from member countries of the Islamic Development Bank only ( IC/MCs ).
Providing the necessary training designed to meet the most critical needs of Libyan financial institutions on ( i ) the basics of Islamic finance and ( ii ) Sharia and accounting standards issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions . These consulting services are supplied according to the method of selecting independent consultants based on a short list that includes independent consultants from member countries of the Islamic Development Bank only ( IC/MCs ).
