Pre-qualification are invited for Engineering consultancy and training evaluation – expertise in innovative approaches and experiential adult learning.
Mission objective
Interpeace is looking for a consultant to answer the following learning question:
To what extent have the contents, approaches and methods used by consortium members for the development and delivery of training modules on inclusive governance produced the expected effects Were the training contents, approaches and methods effective and adapted to the target groups How could the impact of such training be improved »
More specifically, the consultant will be responsible for:
Evaluate the effectiveness of the approaches and methods used by consortium members to develop and deliver training modules;
Evaluate the impact produced by training in the medium term;
Based on the previous two points:
Draw lessons learned from this work,
Propose and make concrete improvements to the developed training manual, and
Formulate recommendations for improving the capacities of consortium members in the development and delivery of training courses.
