A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash in favour of the Government of Botswana or the Procuring Entity in the Tender Documents is required on collection of the Tender Documents. For youth owned companies, Pl25.00 (One Hundred and TwentyFive Pula only) will be payable. Business owners should use their valid National Identity Cards (omang) which is an authentic official document as proof that they are either youth or not or else the bidder will pay a full amount of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only).
