Description
1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from specialized companies, to establish a Contract for the Provision of Warehouse Support Services to MINUSCA in Bangui, the Central African Republic. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from specialized companies, in order to establish a contract for the provision of support services managing MINUSCA warehouses in Bangui, Central African Republic. 2. MINUSCA has currently five (5) Warehouse Facilities in Bangui and are located at PK-4, PK-11, Mpoko Greenfield Area, close to Mpoko International Airport facility and Transport Workshop at Mpoko premises. MINUSCA currently has five (5) warehouses in Bangui, located at PK-4, PK-11, in the Mpoko green zone, close to Mpoko international airport, and a transport workshop in the zone. green of Mpoko. 3. The required services include but are not limited to the provision of: - Support services during Receiving & Inspection of incoming consignments of serialized and non-serialized materials - Warehouse support services consisting of put-away of serialized and non-serialized materials upon completion of Receiving & Inspection process - Disposal support services of serialized and non-serialized materials - Cycle count support services of inventories The required services include, but are not limited to, the performance of the following tasks - Receiving and Inspection of incoming, serialized materials and non-serialized - Discarding of affected materials, serialized and non-serialized, at the end of the Reception and Inspection process - Transfer of affected materials, serialized and non-serialized - Cyclical inventory counting.
