The qualification criteria are:
To carry out this mission, the Design Office which will ensure the Delegated Project Management of the technical feasibility studies (APS, APD and DAO) of the repair thresholds must have the following qualification:
Demonstrate proven expertise as a design firm in the field of hydraulics with general experience of at least 10 years;
Have proven experience of at least 5 years in the field of producing bidding documents relating to water towers, pastoral wells, buildings, water reservoir developments with at least three (3) similar missions:
Carrying out studies in the technical field of bidding documents relating to water towers, pastoral wells, buildings, water reservoir developments financed by multilateral development financial institutions:
Knowledge of the Sahelo-Saharan environment would be an asset (project area and mission country).
