Objectives
1. Construction of 9 ECD centres using the provided specifications, design, appropriate
techniques, and quality materials that are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
2. Ensure inclusion of child and disability-friendly playground equipment, built with quality
materials, following standard bills of quantities and approved specifications.
3. Carry out construction activities according to the agreed timelines and adequately supervise
all sub-contractors to maintain quality standards.
