Job Scope
As an international peace expert at RIO, you will be involved in psychosocial, regenerative and strategic training areas as mentioned above, primarily to empower women.
In detail, your tasks will include:
Taking stock of training needs
Conception and realisation of workshops etc.
Contributing to the development of creative approaches and methods
Needs-based professional and peer counselling
On the job training and coaching
Contributing to the reintegration of traumatised people into their community
Coaching, supervision and monitoring of counsellors
Project management support with a focus on monitoring
Development of an international network
