Tenders Are Invited For Purchasing and Subcontracting Officer for Mali Anka Jiko Project.
Responsibilities:
* Identify with the Purchasing and Subcontracting Manager the material and equipment needs of the members of the Anka Jiko team.
* Prepare purchase orders for the Purchasing and Subcontracting Manager according to USAID rules and procedures.
* Support logistics related to the delivery, inspection and acceptance of key goods and services.
* Support the purchasing and subcontracting manager in the development, publication and management of requests for proposals for the key technical needs of the project, including in the area of ??technical design of works, management of construction and building materials suppliers.
* Participate in supplier and subcontractor selection committees, prepare evaluation forms.
* Support the Purchasing and Subcontracting Manager in the management of local subcontracts to ensure contract compliance and timely execution of contractual deliverables.
