The district of ebersberg as the responsible party, represented by the münchner verkehrs- und tarifverbund gmbh, intends, subject to the approval of the responsible committees, to increase the service of the mvv regional bus line 442 with effect from december 14th, 2025 to december 11th, 2027 in an open procedure in accordance with section 15 of the vgv across europe to write out. if the relevant resolutions are available, there is an option to extend the contract for a maximum of another year (until december 9th, 2028 at the latest).- regular service on the mvv regional bus line 442: grafing bahnhof (s) [r] – ebersberg (s) – kirchseeon (s) – eglharting, westring (- buch) the use of subcontractors is permitted, but must be approved by the client. the contractor must provide at least 70% of the operational services himself. on art. 4 para. 7 of 1370/2007 is referenced. quantity and value of the service: - approx. 85,316 nwkm/a- 1 used vehicle 12 m low-floor or low-entry intercity- approx. 25 stops- estimated value without vat: range from 560,000 to 640,000 euros. further information on the timetable or frequency and additional information in the transport contract can be found at https://www.Mvv-muenchen.De/ueber-den-mvv/ausscriptionen/index.Html. for more detailed information on quality objectives, please refer to the templates of the service description and transport contract. https://www.Mvv-muenchen.De/ueber-den-mvv/ausschreiben/index.Html
