To enhance the trade competitiveness of Namibia and the SADC sub-region, through improvements in the logistics value chain, by addressing the bottlenecks in the railway transport infrastructure.
To contribute to the reduction of poverty and boost economic growth.
To promote linkages of the Walvis Bay seaport to the hinterland and the neighboring
countries, to support Namibia%s Vision 2030.
