See description of procurementthis is not an open procedure, but rather a so-called open-house model! the form for the open process is only used because there is no form for the open house model. contracts concluded in the open-house model are not subject to public procurement law due to the lack of a selection decision. submitting to procurement regulations is not associated with the use of this form. aok bayern intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient natalizumab in the dosage form konz.Z.Herst.E.Inf.-lsg., atc l04aa23, according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v to close. aok bayern offers all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the eligibility requirements listed below to conclude identical and non-individually negotiable discount agreements. the earliest possible start of the contract is december 1st, 2023, all contracts end on november 30th, 2025. a contract can be concluded at any time during this term, but no later than october 5th, 2025. the contracts can be terminated with one months notice to the end of the month. when a national or state-specific discount agreement for medicinal products with the active ingredient in question comes into force, the open-house agreements automatically expire for the corresponding term. a contract is concluded with all interested pharmaceutical companies who prove their suitability through a completed and signed self-declaration of reliability. the pharmaceutical company has the completed and signed (the signatorys authorization to represent must be stated in the commercial register extract, otherwise a power of attorney to submit) contract together with the completed and signed appendix specification of the medicinal products covered by the contract as well as the completed and signed self-declaration of reliability. the documents can either be signed by hand in writing or submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature. documents signed by hand in written form are in 2 - send the original version to the following address: aok bayern - the health insurance awarding office sgb vze25open-house discount contractscarl-wery-str. 2881739 munich electronic documents with a qualified electronic signature must be submitted via the communication area in the procurement portal www.Dtvp.De. if complete and correct documents are received by the 5th of each month, the contract begins on the first of the next month, otherwise on the first of the month after next. for documents signed by hand in writing, the complete, completed and signed documents must be sent in advance by fax (089/62730650151), as a scan to the e-mail address vergabestelle1@by.Aok.De or via the communication area in the procurement portal www. dtvp.De will meet the deadline if the complete and correct original documents in paper |
