The need has arisen within han to include the delivery and implementation of an application for a new hrm system within a new agreement. the ehrm system is one of the core systems of the han. in broad terms, the assignment consists of: - delivering and setting up a saas hrm solution and its management and maintenance; - the scope includes: employee administration, salary and declaration processing of internal staff, operational reporting and analysis, leave administration, illness and absenteeism administration , employee assessment & development, workforce planning and digital signature; - connectivity with the han integration layer and system-to-system.For the optional scope recruitment and selection, which must be part of the registration and registration price, the han will decide within 4 months after award whether this optional scope will be purchased. for the optional scope talent management, which is part must be part of the registration and registration price, the han will decide within 12 months after award whether this optional scope will be purchased.
