Call for Proposal : External evaluation of the project Building new cooperation between nomadic and transhumant pastoralists and the States of the Accra Initiative
This Call for Quote Proposal aims to identify a Service Provider responsible for evaluating this project which aims to strengthen cooperation between security and pastoral actors from member states of the Accra Initiative.
The purpose of this consultancy is to evaluate the results achieved by the project through a final evaluation. The evaluation will have the specific objectives of:
Evaluate progress made towards achieving the expected results of the project,
Evaluate the relevance of the theory of change (the logic of the approach) proposed by the project, as well as its effectiveness and efficiency,
Evaluate the level of satisfaction of the various key players with respect to the project itself and the results achieved,
Identify the main lessons to be learned from the implementation of the project, as well as the good practices that can be replicated.
The Contract concluded between PROMEDIATION and the chosen Service Provider will be a service provision contract.
