Contract notice: Medicines with the active ingredient golimumab (atc: l04ab06)
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a paragraph. 8 sgb v on medicinal products with the active ingredient golimumab (atc: l04ab06) within the framework of a so-called open-house model . Subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies are permitted to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a paragraph. 8 sgb v for the active ingredients mentioned under section b. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given under i.1). A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest contract start date is November 1st, 2023. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on October 31, 2025 regardless of the start of the contract. Should the AOK Saxony-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the term of the contract in accordance with the relevant procurement regulations, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual regulations. This publication does not involve the award of a public contract within the meaning of Section 103 GWB or public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, publication will take place in the supplement to the official journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice will be used. The resulting conceptual specifications, such as the procedural term open procedure , are solely due to the use of this announcement form and the publication platform. There is no further meaning involved, in particular subjection to procurement regulations, unless they are binding for legal reasons.
