Prior information notice without call for competition: pre-announcement of demolition and new construction of various buildings at woensdrecht air base
Demolitionthe complete demolition of buildings 382, ??383 and 384 (approx. 13,000 m2 floor area) down to the foundation, as well as bicycle sheds 339, 661 and 684 down to the foundation. part of building 485 will be completely demolished down to the foundation (3 storeys approx. 1,200 m2 floor area) and part only up to the supporting structure (3 storeys approx. 1,650 m 2 floor area). new-build new-build t&mo (building 704) at woensdrecht air base (approx. 8,450 m2 built-up area), including the demolition of existing nearby buildings (buildings 103, 127 and 386 (transformer 4)). the existing construction of building 485 will become part of the new building. new construction of two nearby storage and storage spaces are part of the project, as well as civil engineering work and green areas.
