Contract notice: Framework agreement on purchase orders for project management assignments for the tertiary development of the Banque de France network
The purpose of the project management framework agreement is to carry out the network modernization plan for its tertiary spaces by 2030, which results in the reorganization of some fifty regional locations of the bank of France. the banque de france considers that the administrative development of its territorial units requires the implementation of a new program dedicated to tertiary spaces known as the "generic tertiary program", which will be set up:- either in the current premises (sites to stay) - either in leased premises (exit sites for rental) - or in premises being acquired (exit sites for purchase) this contract only concerns exit sites. this generic tertiary program combines, depending on the site, all or part of the following components listed in order of priority:- rationalization and optimization of operating premises;- deployment of the "office of tomorrow" and personas specific to the network including the linesThe purpose of the purchase order framework agreement is to provide project management services as part of the plan to modernize its network for its tertiary spaces, which results in a reorganization of the Banque de Frances territorial locations. the scope of the contract concerns the sites for which an exit from the site has been arbitrated or will be arbitrated later. the deployment of the tertiary program will take place in two phases.phase 01: the exit scenarios have been decided upon. this concerns the following sites: amiens, angers, arras-lens, avignon, bar le duc, bayonne, cergy-pontoise, clermont-ferrand, évry, gap, le mans, melun, nancy, rodez, saint-etienne, toulon, tours , versailles.phase 02: the choice between leaving or staying has not yet been made. it will be later. this concerns the following sites: albi, annecy, brest, caen, chalon en champagne, colmar, dijon, grenoble, la roche sur yon, la rochelle, limoges, metz, montpellier, mulhouse, nantes, nice, nimes, niort, orleans, Pau, Perpignan, Reims, Rouen, Valence, Valenciennes, Vannes. The project management assignments covered by the framework agreement may concern the following work operations (indicative list):- rationalization and optimization of operating premises; - deployment of the "office of tomorrow" and personae specific to the network including the guidelines for the development of tertiary spaces with the implementation of teleworking and hybrid work; - regulations relating to the accessibility of people with disabilities in premises open to the public; - treatment of pathologies in buildings - major maintenance work; - integration of the tertiary decree. this framework agreement with purchase orders relates to the performance of the following missions: missions t ransversales– gespro: project management– secu: provisions relating to the safety and health protection of workers mission 1 |
