The work will consist of urbanization and construction of administrative and teaching buildings, an auditorium, a cafeteria, a library, a water reservoir, a wastewater treatment plant, internal roads, landscaping, utilities networks, and electrical and telecommunication infrastructure. The overall objective is to create a sustainable university complex with a capacity for approximately 5,000 students. The works include earthworks, reinforced concrete and steel structures, architectural finishing, hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, and telecommunication installations, as well as external infrastructure and landscaping works, executed under a phased implementation approach with Phase I covering the core academic and support facilities.
