Al-zawia company intends to invite specialized companies to participate in the tender for a project to supply and install a solar energy system to feed the old and new well pumps at the benghazi asphalt plant according to the conditions mentioned in the tender brochure. a brief overview of the project is summarized as follows: - carrying out design work and engineering details for a solar energy system to feed the old and new well pumps. – supply and installation of an integrated solar energy system with all its accessories, including solar panels, frequency changer (vfd), control and monitoring system, automatic inverter switch (ats), and others. - carrying out electronic and electrical installations and connections. - carrying out all inspections, commissioning trials and final operation. – providing a priced list of spare parts needed to ensure good operation for two years. purchase a bid brochure. 1- sending a letter to the chairman of the small tenders committee of al-zawiya oil refining company, indicating the intention to participate in the bid. 2- the bid brochure will be received from the office of the rapporteur of the small tenders committee at the company’s main headquarters in zawiya and during the company’s official working hours, starting from sunday, corresponding to 08/02/2026 ad until thursday, corresponding to 08/13/2026 ad, from (9:00) in the morning to (01:00) in the afternoon. 3- the company representative must be authorized to receive the bid brochure according to an official document issued by the entity he represents, stamped with the company’s seal and accompanied by proof of identity and the company’s seal. 4- pay an amount of (500,000 l.d.) five hundred libyan dinars in cash for the bid brochure (non-returnable). • submitting offers. - bids are delivered by hand to the rapporteur of the minor tenders committee at the company’s main headquarters / al-zawya in the office of the committee rapporteur, provided that the last date for receiving the offers is sunday, 09/06/2026 ad and before 01:00 pm, with your kind regards taking into account the following: –
