The project aims to support Gambian Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in developing, organizing, and optimizing their activities to improve the quality and diversity of business support services. This includes identifying BSOs to be reinforced, conducting comprehensive needs assessments, designing and implementing support programs, developing model business plans, and facilitating international mobility opportunities for BSOs. The project also focuses on enhancing the capacity of BSOs through training, knowledge exchange, and best practice sharing, as well as mobilizing diaspora to create business opportunities.
