Tenders are invited for Construction and equipping of a Secondary School with 42 classrooms, provision of educational materials and supplies, as well as capacity building of teachers.
The principal objective of the project is to support the Government of Mozambique in increasing access to quality Secondary Education through construction and equipping of a Secondary School with 42 classrooms, provision of educational materials and supplies, as well as capacity building of teachers. The project scope covers the following five components: (i) Increasing access to Secondary Education; (ii) Enhancing Quality of Education; (iii) Support to the Project Management; (iv) Financial Audit and (v) Contingency Emergency Response Component (CERC). The project will comprise of two major procurement packages namely: Civil works (Construction of the Secondary School Blocks, student dormitories and Instructors residential units) to be procured through ICB Open and the Design and Supervision consultancy services for the civil works which will be procured through Member Country shortlists-QCBS method.
