BID BOND
Under pain of rejection, each tenderer shall attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond of an amount of CFA Francs 15,000,000 (fifteen millions ) issued by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Document No. 11 of the Tender file.
