Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) has applied for loans from different financial institutions, including the African Development Bank (AfDB) and New Development Bank (NDB) in various currencies towards the cost of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project – Phase 2. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Construction of Polihali Transfer Tunnel. |
