availability of bid documents: bid documents will be available from 15 july 2019 (11/2020/01) and 18 july 2019 for (11/2020/02-04) at 10:00, until the closing date at a cost of r1000.00/ r500.00 respectively for each bid which is nonrefundable (payable in cash or bank guaranteed cheque) before collection of the bid document. |
