The ministry of agriculture (moa), eswatini water and agriculture development enterprise (eswade) has received a loan from the international fund for agricultural development (ifad) towards the implementation of smallholder market-led project/climate smart agriculture for resilient livelihoods (smlp/csarl) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan for eligible payments under the contract for supply and delivery of conservation agriculture farming inputs and fertilizer for the project.
eswade invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of conservation agriculture farming inputs and fertilizer. tendering will be conducted through national shopping (ns) procedures specified in the procurement guidelines, 2010 and policies laid down by ifad and the eswatini public procurement act, 2011 and policies laid down by the eswatini public procurement regulatory agency (esppra). |
