The National Authorizing Offi cer (NAO), Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development under the Development Initiative for Northern Uganda (DINU) is launching a Call for Concept Notes. Grant contracts for the total amount of EUR 27,000,000 will be awarded under two lots for actions which aim to achieve the following DINU specifi c objectives.
To increase food security, improve maternal and child nutrition, and enhance household incomes through support to diversifi ed food production and commercial agriculture and through improving household resilience (notably to climate change) and women empowerment. |
