The city of hyvinkääs education department is requesting your offer for early childhood education purchasing services (hereinafter early childhood education). early childhood education is a planned and purposeful whole formed by the upbringing, teaching and care of a child, with an emphasis on pedagogy. hyvinkääs early childhood education services support the growth and learning of well-to-do childrens children together with their parents. purchasing services for early childhood education include the following areas: 1) early childhood education service in finnish2) contracts in both areas of the swedish-language early childhood education service are planned to start no earlier than 1 august 2022 and end on 31 july 2026. the procurement is carried out as a reverse tender, ie the tenderer competes only on quality grounds. the acquisition price is specified in annexes 2 to the draft contract for the finnish-language early childhood education service and in annex 2 to the draft contract for the swedish-language early childhood education service (abbreviation for the draft contracts). the tender submitted by the tenderer must include all the costs related to the organization of the service in accordance with the part offered.
